Yesterday was a day without the usual distractions. I was without my phone and computer the entire day. To be honest, it was easier than I thought it would be.
I wasn't trying to check my emails every 5 minutes. The, usually constant, "bing" of my instant messages was now how're to be heard. I didn't advance to a new level in Candy Crush. And on and on...
And, when I got home, there was no one mad that I didn't respond to them within the national average of 30 seconds.
I survived without my computer and phone. Was it hard? At first - and then I learned to appreciate it - like the old days. I felt like purchasing an old rotary phone , a pad of paper and a #2 pencil.
Ahh ... Life!
